iPSCs

Our iPSC lines are integration free, can be grown as single cell clones and conditions for electroporation have been optimized. High efficiency vectors to target the safe harbor locus have been developed and all control populations have been shown to be capable of being targeted and single clones isolated while retaining their normal  karyotype.

Both male and female cell lines are available for our control lines and data on gene expression of key genes is available.

Our lines can be shipped worldwide under a standard Material Transfer Agreement and can be used by academic and commercial organizations.
