XCL-1 is a well-characterized widely used male human pluripotent stem cell line that we used to create several of our engineered lines. XCL-1 is an ideal control line for researchers to use for drug screenings, toxicology testing, and differentiation tests for iPSCs and for generating allelic match differentiated cells.
